Course Exam
When you complete your course, you must take a comprehensive final exam. The exam can be taken online. You must complete the exam in one session. You must score a 75% on the exam to pass. If you fail, you must retake the entire exam.
Immediate Card Activation
After you pass your exam, you will be prompted with the alcohol certification card. You can print it on your computer. It is valid immediately. We will report your course as completed to the state of Utah.
No Printer? No Problem!
If you do not have a printer we can fax or mail you the alcohol certification card. Just call us and let us know how you want the card delivered.
